Vaginalogues

Kathleen Black, a theater student at UVIC, teamed up with me this week to do part one of a two part “series” on the Vagina Monologues in honor of V-Day which is coming up a week from today. This week we did 5 monologues… Angry vagina, My vagina is a village, Hair, Because he liked to look at it and I was there. My vagina is a village is … hard to listen to. Especially since you know it’s all true.
You can listen to the full show here.
I hate listening to myself. …I need to remember to stop saying “uh” and “um”, slow the heck down and speak in a more normal voice… not this stupid… voice that I sometimes throw on. I also should never agree to do an “artsy” peice again… So don’t expect to hear me reading a monologue next week… it really didn’t help that my head was stuffed up with cold-sickness.
Oh, and I definitely say my vagina smells like a zoo.
