I want to read this book pretty bad… just so that I have something to rant about and to remind me how much I heart environmentalism. I leave it up to you guys to decide if this guy really is THAT grumpy and THAT much of a ‘hippy hater’. It breaks my heart! (Watch the first video and the "it breaks my heart" will make a little more sense. I just read this in a newspaper upstairs and scribbled onto a paper napkin the headline so I’d remember to blog about it… my blogging habits are getting pathetic. Anyway, 180 UN Peacekeepers are facing sex charges… rape of children and forced prostitution.

Nearly 180 soldiers, civilians and police in UN peacekeeping missions
have been targeted for disciplinary action since the beginning of 2004
for sexual abuse and exploitation and the problem persists, a UN
spokesman said Thursday.

…Moving on to brighter and funnier things, this interview with Al Gore is actually amusing in some parts. I always though Gore was sort of a stiff…but lately he’s proving this assumption wrong. I say him on TV the other day (Leno?) and he made me laugh. And the picture that goes along with the interview is equally as funny… for geography nerds. *looks at the midget…*
